Service is limited to installation of components purchased in advance from us online, by appointment only. We do not provide general walk-in repairs.

When installation or replacement of components is needed, place your order online and choose the Will Call option. Your bike can then be dropped off for service at our warehouse door after receiving an email saying your order is ready for pickup.

Turnaround time is typically 3-5 working days, and all labor charges will be due when service is complete.
