Shipping & Local Pickup

Orders totaling $100 or more are eligible for free shipping in the contiguous 48 states, excluding oversized items.
If your merchandise total does not equal or exceed $100 or your order includes oversized items, shipping options and rates are shown prior to checkout.
In addition to the free shipping option, you will also have the option to choose other (possibly faster) shipping methods, but these options aren't free.
Orders valued at $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders shipping to the lower 48 states including oversized items (ie: wheels, wheelsets, frames and framesets) are subject to flat rate shipping charges, which are shown at checkout.
Oversized items must ship to a residential or business address (no PO boxes or APO/FPO), and will require an adult signature upon delivery.
Retrogression is not responsible for oversized packages that can't be delivered because you're not home to sign for delivery.

All shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times once shipped are calculated and displayed prior to checkout.
Small packages ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method chosen, and must be shipped to the address used when completing your purchase.

If you'd like to pick your order up at our warehouse, choose the 'Pick up' option at checkout and we'll notify you via email when your order is ready.
Our order pickup hours are Mon-Fri: 12pm-4pm.
Please note that local orders may not be ready the same day they are placed.
Orders not picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

All international shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout and include insurance for the full retail amount of your purchase.
International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International, USPS Priority, UPS or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, and all options can be tracked.
Retrogression is not responsible for import fees, international shipping carrier errors, customs processing, or other delays.
If a package can't be delivered due to address issues and is sent back to us, you will only be refunded for the item(s) purchased. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping, if applicable.
If you are using a third-party USA-based international ship-forwarding service, Retrogression is not responsible for any packages lost after the forwarding service receives them.

The full value of merchandise will be accurately listed on all international customs forms. We will not declare a lower value or mark your package as a "gift". Declaring a lower value lower than the actual transaction amount is illegal and can lead to fines, delivery delays, and the refusal and return of your shipment by customs authorities.
International customers are responsible for paying all import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), which may be due upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping charges paid when your order is placed. It is not possible for us to provide accurate information about these fees, and you should contact your customs office for more information.
Retrogression is not responsible for customs processing delays or packages being held by your country's postal service for pickup.
If you refuse a package at customs because you don't want to pay additional fees due upon delivery, your country's customs dept. will choose to either keep it, destroy it or return it to us, and we have no control of their decision.
If a refused package is sent back to us, you will only be refunded for the item(s) purchased if the contents of the returned package are complete and undamaged. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and a 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover import refusal fees and the expense of having the shipment returned to us.
If your country’s customs dept. decides to retain or destroy the package, you will not receive a refund.
