Please read the following information about our shipping policies.
USA - FREE SHIPPING+
USA orders of items totaling $100 or more receive free shipping. This applies to standard shipping in the contiguous 48 states and military APO/FPO addresses only. Oversized items are excluded from the free shipping offer.
If your merchandise total does not equal or exceed $100 or your order includes oversized items, shipping rates based on your location are shown prior to checkout.
The default shipping method used is either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. Expedited or overnight shipping are not services we offer.
Orders valued at $500 or above will require a signature upon delivery. Other packages containing large or expensive items may require a signature at our discretion.
USA - OVERSIZED ITEMS+
Orders shipping to the lower 48 states including the following oversized items subject to the following flat rate shipping charges:
• single wheel - $30.00
• wheelsets - $40.00
• frames & framesets - $50.00
The shipping method for oversized items is either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
Oversized items must ship to a physical address (no PO boxes or APO/FPO) and will require a signature upon delivery.
USA - SMALL PACKAGES+
Small packages and most orders under $100 ship via USPS Priority Mail. There is a minimum charge for this service regardless of size or weight, so keep that in mind when ordering small items.
All shipping charges are shown in the cart before checkout.
All international shipping charges and available options are shown in the cart before checkout and include insurance for the full retail amount of your purchase.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside the USA.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or USPS Priority Mail International. There is a minimum shipping charge for these services, so keep that in mind when ordering smaller items.
The full value of merchandise will be accurately listed on all customs forms. We will not declare a lower value or mark your package as a "gift". Do not ask us to make an exception to this. We will not.
International customers are responsible for paying all taxes, import duties and/or brokerage fees, which may be collected at delivery. You, as the customer, are responsible for researching these fees. Retrogression will not be held responsible for customs delays, packages being held by your country's postal service for pickup, additional international taxes, brokerage fees or other customs charges.
If you are using an international ship-forwarding service, it may take a few extra days to process your order while we verify the address. Please use your correct billing information for payment verification or your order will be cancelled and refunded. We are not responsible for any packages lost after the forwarding service receives them.
