Shipping & Local Pickup

USA orders totaling $100 or more receive free shipping.
This applies to standard shipping in the contiguous 48 states only. Oversized items don't qualify for free shipping.
If your merchandise total does not equal or exceed $100 or your order includes oversized items, shipping rates based on your location are shown prior to checkout.
The default shipping method used is USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion, and must be shipped to the address used when completing your purchase.
Orders valued at $500 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Other packages containing large or expensive items may require a signature at our discretion.

Orders shipping to the lower 48 states including oversized items (ie: wheels, wheelsets, frames and framesets) are subject to flat rate shipping charges, which are shown at checkout.
The shipping method for oversized items is either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion, and must be shipped to the address used when completing your purchase.
Oversized items must ship to a physical address (no PO boxes or APO/FPO) and will require a signature upon delivery.

Small packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage (Economy) or USPS Priority Mail (Standard), depending on the shipping method chosen, and must be shipped to the address used when completing your purchase.
The Economy option takes longer and the tracking info may sometimes be a little less reliable on the shipping carrier's end, so take that into consideration when choosing your shipping method. We are not responsible for shipping carrier errors or delays.
All shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Customers in the Portland Metro area will see a Will Call option at checkout. If you prefer to pick your order up at our warehouse, choose this option and we'll notify you via email when your order is ready to be picked up.
Our warehouse Will Call hours are Tues-Fri: 12pm-4pm.
Please note that local orders may not be ready the same day they are placed.
This should totally go without saying but PLEASE don't show up and place an order while standing outside our door and expect it to be ready immediately. Our turnaround time is usually pretty quick, but that's not how it works anywhere.

All international shipping charges are displayed atΒ checkout and include insurance for the full retail amount of your purchase. There are minimum shipping charges for international locations, so keep that in mind when ordering smaller items.
International orders are shipped via GlobalPost, USPS Priority, UPS or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, and can be tracked.
The Economy International Shipping option takes longer and the tracking info may sometimes be a little less reliable on the shipping carrier's end when choosing this option. Retrogression is not responsible for international shipping carrier errors or delays.
If you are using a third-party USA-based international ship-forwarding service, we are not responsible for any packages lost after the forwarding service receives them.
Please note: Due to customs regulations regarding parcel dimensions, we are not able to ship frames and framesets to Russia.

The full value of merchandiseΒ will be accurately listedΒ on all customs forms. We will not declare a lower value or mark your package as a "gift".
International customers are responsible for paying all import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), which may be due upon delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping charges paid when your order is placed. We cannot provide information about these fees, and you should contact your customs office for more information.
Retrogression will not be held responsible for customs processing delays or packages being held by your country's postal service for pickup.
If you refuse a package at customs, customs will choose to either keep it, destroy it or send it back to us, and we have no control of their decision. If they keep or destroy it, you will not receive a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the package is received undamaged. You will not be refunded for shipping charges paid and a 25% re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of having the shipment returned to us.
