Our Return Policy has been updated and to better serve our customers, the return approval process is now automated.
Please read the following information before submitting a return request.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in UNINSTALLED, UNUSED, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED condition, as you received them. If returned items arrive showing any signs of installation or use, scratches, missing decals, etc., these items will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
Items returned missing the original packaging or having damaged packaging are subject to refusal, a partial refund or reduced credit at our discretion.
We do not do exchanges. If you ordered the wrong color, size, etc., simply return the unused item and place another order for the correct item.
If we shipped you something other than what you ordered, a pre-paid return shipping label will be included in your return approval email and the correct item will be shipped once we receive your return. Be sure to choose "Received wrong item" as your return reason during the return process or our system will not generate a shipping label. If you prefer not to wait, you can choose to place another order for the correct item and be refunded when we receive your return.
Do not send back any items that were not approved for return. You will not receive a refund for unauthorized returns.
Deliveries returned to us because they were refused by the recipient subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT+
When submitting a return request you have the option of choosing a refund or store credit, which will be issued once your return is received, inspected and processed.
Refunds will go back to the original payment method used when the order was placed. It may take several days for a refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement once we process your return.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card code, which will be emailed to you when your return is complete.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unless we made a mistake and you received something other than what was ordered, return shipping charges are your responsibility. If you are returning something expensive, we may ask you to provide tracking information and proof of parcel insurance.
When returning something included in an order eligible for free shipping, your refund will be reduced by the amount it cost us to ship any items you decide to keep if your remaining order total is less than $100. If you are returning an entire order that shipped to you for free, the amount it cost us to ship your order will be deducted from your refund or credit.
If you received something that was damaged during shipping, please contact us instead of submitting a return request.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
• frames & framesets
• wheelsets & custom wheel builds
• spokes & spoke nipples
• gift cards
• NOS & Vintage items
• clearance/discontinued items
• special order items
