Please read the following information before submitting a return request.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions and exclusions.
All returned items must be in UNINSTALLED, UNUSED, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED condition, as you received them. If returned items arrive showing any signs of installation or use, attempted installation, "test fitting", scratches, missing decals, etc., these items will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
Items returned missing the original packaging, having damaged packaging or otherwise altered packaging are subject to refusal, a partial refund or reduced credit at our discretion.
Some items can’t be returned, as listed in the 'Non-returnable Items' section below.
Do not send back any items that were not approved for return. You won’t receive a refund for unauthorized returns.
Deliveries returned to us because they were refused by the recipient subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Retrogression reserves the right to limit or deny returns depending on circumstance.

When requesting a return, you have the option of choosing a refund or store credit, which will be issued once your return is received, inspected and processed. We don’t offer exchanges.
Refunds will go back to the original payment method used when the order was placed. It may take several days for a refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement once we process your return.
If you placed your order using Shop Pay Installments, any interest paid will not be refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing and isn't refundable. More info about that can be found here.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card code, which will be emailed to you when your return is complete and valid for one year of receipt.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Unless you received an incorrect item or defective item, return shipping charges are your responsibility.
When returning an order that qualified for free shipping, the amount it cost us to ship your order will be deducted from your refund or credit.

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items immediately after receiving them, before installation or use.
If we shipped you an incorrect item, choose "Received wrong item" as your return reason. A pre-paid return shipping label will be included in your return approval email and you will be refunded when we receive your return.
If you received something that you believe has a manufacturing defect, choose "Received defective item" as your return reason. A pre-paid return shipping label will be included in your return approval email and you will be refunded once we receive and thoroughly inspect your return.
Please note: if we receive your item and determine is is not defective, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
If you received an item was damaged during shipping, please contact us instead of submitting a return request, and we’ll help you get it sorted out.

• Tools
• New Old Stock items
• Closeout and "As-is" items
• Gift Cards
Other specialty or limited items that may not be eligible for return will specify on their individual product pages.

Unless you plan on mailing your return back to us, please don’t submit an online return request, even if your order was placed online.
Simply come in to our retail store and return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. The same Return Policy and all other criteria described above applies to in-store purchases and returns.
