Returns requesting a refund must be initiated within 7 days (one week) of receiving your order.
If you change your mind about something, ordered the wrong size, color, etc. and it's been longer than 7 days since your order was delivered exchanges can be made but additional shipping charges will apply. After 7 days you may also return merchandise for store credit. No items will be accepted for exchange or store credit after 30 days has passed since the date your order was delivered.
All returned items must be in uninstalled/unused/unworn/undamaged condition.
Items returned missing the original packaging or having damaged packaging are subject to a partial refund or credit at our discretion. If returned goods arrive showing apparent signs of installation or use, we reserve the right to refuse your return and send the item(s) back to you at your cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to return or exchange something. Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive a return form and RMA# via email. Complete the form accordingly, enclose it in your package and write the RMA# on the box (otherwise, we might think you're just sending us presents).
Unauthorized returns subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Do not send anything back without getting approval for your return!

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your returned items for their actual retail value. If your return gets lost in the mail or it arrives damaged and you did not insure the package, you will not receive a refund or credit.
When returning or exchanging an item that was shipped to you for free because your order total was $100 or more your refund or credit will be reduced by our cost to ship the item to you, unless a mistake was made on our part.
In the event of us sending you something other than what you ordered, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
Depending on the payment method used it may take several days for a refunded amount to appear in your account once we receive and process your return.
Complete bikes, frames, framesets, custom wheel builds, spokes, spoke nipples, gift cards, NOS & vintage, special order and clearance items are non-returnable so be sure to do your research before buying!
