Returns requesting a refund must be initiated within one week (7 days) of delivery.
After one week items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card. No items will be accepted for exchange or store credit after 30 days has passed since the date your order was delivered.
Please contact us using the contact page on this site or via email if you wish to return or exchange something and be sure to include details like your full name, order number and items you want to return.
Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you a return form and RMA number. Complete the form accordingly, enclose it in your package and write the RMA number on the package.
Unauthorized returns subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Do not send anything back without getting approval for your return! Deliveries refused by the recipient will be handled as unauthorized returns.
All returned items must be in uninstalled/unused/unworn/undamaged condition, as you received them. If returned items arrive showing any signs of installation or use, scratches, missing decals, etc., we reserve the right to refuse your return and send the item(s) back to you at your cost.
Items returned missing the original packaging or having damaged packaging are subject to a partial refund or reduced credit at our discretion.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges. Unless we made a mistake processing your order, all return shipping charges are your responsibility.
When returning something included in an order eligible for free shipping, your refund will be reduced by the amount it cost us to ship any items you decide to keep if your remaining order total is less than $100. If you are returning an entire order that shipped to you for free, the amount it cost us to ship your order will be deducted from your refund or credit.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt and no refunds or credits will be issued before the items being returned arrive at our facility.
In the event receiving something other than what you ordered, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Replacement items will then be shipped or a refund issued once the returned item(s) arrive here.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used. It may take several days for a refunded amount to appear in your account once we receive and process your return, depending on your financial institution's practices and policies.
⚠️ Complete bikes, frames, framesets, custom wheel builds, rims, spokes, spoke nipples, gift cards, NOS & vintage, special order and clearance items are not returnable. Other items that may not be eligible for return will specify on their individual product pages.
Retrogression reserves the right to limit or deny returns depending on the situation.
