In 1991, Velocity introduced the very first aluminum rim, the Aero. 33 years later, they've created an updated version featuring all the design enhancements developed along the way.

The new Aero utilizes a new and stronger advanced 6069 aluminum alloy, offering improved resistance to denting and fatigue damage.

Riders who are tough on wheels will enjoy greater impact resistance, and those who pile on miles can expect a longer service life compared to traditional 6061 or 6063 alloy.

The Aero is a tubeless-compatible clincher built for tires 28-53mm wide, and is available in 24h, 28 & 32h drillings.

These rims do not have a reinforced braking surface and are not compatible with rim brakes.
