If you do not expect to be available to receive and sign for your shipment, we can request a reroute to a UPS Store within your delivery area for an additional UPS delivery change fee.

Once the package arrives at the UPS Store, it will be held for seven days for you to pick up at your convenience. A $10.00 pickup fee may also be required by the UPS Store at the time of collection.
