Developed from the requests of Keirin racers, BBLT6 (Bottom Bracket Lock Ring Tool) is for professional use to install, remove and adjust NJS bottom brackets. These bottom brackets have lockrings that are usually only about 3.5 mm thick, and their notches can easily be damaged if an inefficient tool slips.

BBLT6 has a special silver plate that assists in holding the lockring in place, by keeping the tool properly aligned with the bottom bracket and improving efficiency.

The three-layer handle is about 8mm thick, and each edge of the plate is rounded for a more comfortable grip. The straight handle profile allows direct torque application for more accurate work, and here is a hook hole on the side of the handle for storage on your toolboard.
