CNC machined from hardened, heat-treated stainless steel and featuring a multicolored PVD processed titanium nitride coating, this lockring has a stepped design that prevents the chain from making unwanted contact with the lockring when using a 12t cog.

Titanium nitride (TiN) is an extremely hard ceramic material often used on medical devices, drill bits and precision saw blades to increase lifespan or function.

In addition to providing a beautiful oil slick plated appearance, this coating also improves surface hardness, prevents wear and reduces friction.

Please note: Due to the plating and finishing process, some lockrings will have slight variances in color from what is pictured and no two are exactly alike.

This will not fit Campagnolo, Miche, Phil Wood, Mack or Mavic hubs.
