Sram GXP cranksets use a unique axle with a smaller outside diameter on the non-drive side than other outboard bearing cranksets. 

This adapter allows you to use your standard Phil Wood OBB cups with Sram Omnium, Sram S300 or Alpina Track cranksets by removing the stock plastic dust cap and installing this in its place.

A bearing press is recommended for proper installation.
