These new old stock lycra saddle covers were made by Cyclestars in the USA for Toshi Japan.
If that isn't confusing enough, some, but not all, are in original Toshi packaging.

• made to fit slimmer NJS saddles but will work on many other saddles
Items labeled and described as "NOS" have never been used or installed. NOS items will often be in the original packaging but it's not something we can always guarantee.
While we try our best to show and describe NOS items accurately, logos, color, decals, etc. may be different than pictured due to different generations of certain parts.
Because these components have been out of production for many years, NOS items are not eligible for warranty replacement by the manufacturer.
