Phil Wood's iconic red, gold & black (RGB) splash colorway boldly adorns their 50th Anniversary Pro Track wheelset, featuring custom anodized 28h Velocity Aileron rims laced 3X to matching 28h Phil Wood Pro Track hubs using black Phil Wood double butted spokes and brass nipples, hand built at Phil Wood's facility in San Jose CA.
Each hub and rim set is uniquely anodized by Velocity USA, and each part is then additionally cleaned, hand polished, and receives 3 layers of ceramic coating. This ceramic coating helps give an even deeper gloss shine and also helps protect the finish of the hubs and rims.
This very special wheelset also includes the following accessories: Matching RGB anodized Pro lockring/OBB tool, Tenacious Cleaner ceramic cleaning spray, plush microfiber cleaning cloth, matching "splash" print 22oz water bottle, and 16oz glass.
Velocity Aileron rims are not compatible with rim brakes and these wheels have a combined bike/rider weight recommendation of 190 lbs.
