INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS

‚ö†ÔłŹ IMPORTANT NOTICE: International shipments are experiencing many delays, especially if you have previously chosen the Economy shipping option at checkout. For this reason we have temporarily disabled the Economy international shipping option and all international orders will ship via USPS Priority, is much faster and more reliable.

Shipping carriers are not able to provide service to some international locations during this time due to COVID-19 restrictions, so if you see no shipping options at checkout or get an error message saying shipping is not available to your country, it is because your country is on the list of restricted locations. There is nothing we can do about this.

 

We proudly offer worldwide shipping.  

All international shipping charges and available options are shown in the cart before checkout and include insurance for the full retail amount of your purchase. On occasion, additional charges may occur depending on the dimensional size and/or weight of the package. We will contact you via email if any additional charges are due.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside the USA.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International (Economy) or USPS Priority Mail International, DHL or UPS (Standard) depending on the weight of the package and the shipping option chosen at checkout. When choosing between Economy and Standard shipping options for smaller packages, Economy will cost less but often takes much longer to arrive and tracking information may not be as detailed.

Orders with a total weight over 4 lbs. must ship USPS Priority, DHL or UPS. If you have a preference as to which service we use to ship your order, please attach a note to your order or contact us after making your purchase. Any additional shipping charges based on alternate carrier rates will be invoiced through our site and must be paid prior to shipping.

The full value of merchandise will be accurately listed on all customs forms. We will not declare a lower value or mark your package as a "gift".

International customers are responsible for paying all taxes, import duties and/or brokerage fees, which may be collected at delivery. You, as the customer, are responsible for researching these fees. Retrogression will not be held responsible for customs delays and/or additional international taxes, brokerage fees or other customs charges. 

We are not responsible for lost international packages but will do our best to help you file the necessary claims if something unfortunate should occur. In the event of filing an insurance claim for a lost or stolen package and receiving a refund for merchandise not received, the original shipping charges may not be refunded.

If you are an international customer using a ship-forwarding service, it may take a few extra days to process your order while we verify the address. We are not responsible for any packages lost after the forwarding service receives them.

Due to a change in international customs restrictions in 2018, we cannot ship frames and framesets to Russia.

Effective Jan 1 2020, all shipments to Brazil must include the recipient's Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels. Any shipments missing the recipient's Tax ID will be subject to return, or even disposal, by Brazilian Customs. If your CPF (Individual Tax ID) or CNPJ (Business Tax ID) number is not provided when an order is placed, we will contact you to collect that information prior to shipping.
